Payouts are total returns: payout = bet × multiplier. The hand is dealt by cryptographic RNG; there are no decisions, draws, or holds.

with crypto.getRandomValues (Fisher-Yates with rejection
sampling, zero modulo bias) and the first three cards are dealt face-down,
then revealed one by one. No decision of yours can change the outcome —
there are no draws, holds, or raises, and the flip animation is presentation
only: the revealed cards are exactly the shuffled cards, in order. Every one
of the C(52,3) = 22,100 possible hands is equally likely.
